Permanent Magnet DC Motors

REGULAR MAINTENANCE :
  1. Storage : Store in cool dry place away from any hazardous atmosphere, oil, mist, vapor etc.
  2. 2. Commutator : Keep clean & protect from carbon deposition, dirt, any Other depositions like water etc. Cleaning by dry cloth / thermacol (dry) piece. Check excessive wear out of commutator.
  3. Brushes : Regular / periodic checking of brushes. Replace brushes after 60 % consumption of its length.
  4. Bearings : Check for smooth running
